Meet Fatima Zohra Berrada M.Ed
Founder and Director of Education Advancement

 

With over a decade of experience in the field of education and technology, Fatima Zohra Berrada has imparted her knowledge and expertise to students ranging from Elementary to High School levels. She embarked on her teaching journey at Houston Quran Academy, where she taught Science/Math and was the technology advisor. Later, she made a significant move to Katy ISD high school, where she taught Biology and Chemistry, eventually ascending to the position of Science Department Chair.

 

Fatima Zohra's commitment to education goes beyond the confines of her classroom. She played a pivotal role in shaping the academic landscape by representing her district alongside the Texas Education Agency, contributing to the revision of the 2024 science standards for Texas. Her passion for enriching learning experiences led her to engage in curriculum writing and design as a Learning Experience Designer.

Her dedication to her craft is reflected in the numerous certifications and trainings she has earned, encompassing education and digital learning, science composite 7-12, ELL, Special education, among others obtained from Rice University.

Fatima Zohra Berrada's academic journey showcases her thirst for knowledge and growth. She got her high school from Lycée Victor Hugo, Marrakech. She graduated from Southern Methodist University, holding a Bachelor's degree in Biological Science with a minor in Psychology. Additionally, she pursued two Master's degrees—one in Islamic education from Guidance College and another in Special education from The University of Houston
